U. S. News Reports:
Best Weight Loss Diets!
Best Weight Loss Diets!

After six months of research, 'U.S. News & World Report' reveals its first-ever best diet rankings for weight loss, heart health, and diabetes.
Because of the rating system used by U S News, many of the Top Ten Diet Plans actually Tied in their standings. For example;
There is no 10th place winner. But instead, a three way tie for ninth place between the DASH Diet, the Eco-Atkins Diet, and the Mayo Clinic Diet.
Likewise there are no seventh or eighth place winners, but rather a three way Tie for sixth place between the Atkins Diet, the Slim-Fast Diet, and the Vegan Diet.
Coming in a clear winner at Number 5, is the Volumetrics Diet. With U.S.News reporting, "Volumetrics helps dieters drop pounds—and keep them off. It scored well in both the short- and long-term weight loss categories, comparable to or better than many other diets. Because it focuses on satiety, or the satisfied feeling that you’ve had enough, it’s more likely than other diets are to succeed.
".
Next, and again. U.S.News has a three way Tie between the Biggest Loser Diet, the Jenny Craig Diet, and the Raw Food Diet (which just doesn't sound very good to me).
And Now,
the Number One Winner in the U.S. News & World Report study for Best Weight Loss Diets,
you guessed it.
Weight Watchers
With the U.S. News & World Report study stating specifically;
"The best diet for losing weight is Weight Watchers, according to the experts who rated the diets... for U.S. News. Biggest Loser, Jenny Craig, and the Raw Food diet came in close behind. Other diets performed as well or better in enabling fast weight loss, but long-term weight loss is more important for your health."
